I picked it up back in 2013, around the same time I was first getting into Bitcoin, and somehow I’ve never been able to let it go.
Over the years I’ve had plenty of ideas for it, but none have felt quite right. A name this good probably deserves something more interesting than another faucet, landing page or generic crypto project.
So for now, it stays in the collection while I wait for the right idea.
If you have a genuinely great use for getfreebitcoin.org and want to own it, send me an offer above 5 BTC and I’ll consider parting with it.
Until then, I’m still figuring out what it wants to become.
Gatoshi is Gary + Satoshi.
I’ve been building things on the internet for years, usually because I get curious about an idea and want to see what happens when I make it real.
I discovered Bitcoin in 2013, started my first YouTube channel in 2017, and since then my interests have kept branching out. AI, crypto, apps, digital art, photography, music, and increasingly the strange places where technology and human creativity overlap.
I’m not particularly interested in staying inside one category. One week I might be building an AI companion, the next experimenting with a Bitcoin project, making something visual, taking photographs, or working on music through channels like Crypto Trance.
That curiosity is really what Gatoshi is about.
It’s my personal playground for ideas, experiments and things I think should exist - some useful, some artistic, some slightly weird.
Bitcoin is a big part of the story because the ideas behind it - independence, ownership and freedom have influenced how I think about technology for more than a decade. AI has opened another door entirely: what we can build, how we create, and even how we think about intelligence and consciousness.
Gatoshi is where those interests meet.
A place for me to build in public, follow interesting rabbit holes, and turn curiosity into things you can actually explore.
